Compose utility for guided walkthroughs and onboarding. It measures target bounds at runtime, dims the rest of the screen, and steps through a sequence with a builder style API. Touch is blocked outside the focus area, and the arrow and label can be themed. I tested a few gesture heavy screens to confirm it does not break scroll or fling. The code is small enough that teams can read it in one sitting and adjust it to their needs.
